This company has a website in German and goods are shipped from a German address. However, if you would like to return the items they make you take a picture of the item, then provide you with an individual name/address in China for which you pay up to 50 eur for the shipping costs, but first they try to negotiate with you a minimal refund amount to avoid the hassle of returning the items. I'm just going through the process now and not sure if I will be getting my money back. Very deceiving and not a sustainable business practice.
